0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water)

Instructions

1 Add ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice.
2 Fine strain into coupe glass
3 Top off with Luc Belaire Gold Brut
4 Garnish with mint sprig
